It's time to get ready for the Christian Park 2005 Baseball & Softball season!
We are looking for managers for all teams. Wednesday - January 13th, 2005 - there will be a manager meetings. If you would like to manage a team please plan on attending.
Christian Park is looking for local business to sponser teams. This is your chance to get your company name on each of the player's shirts as well as your company ad in our annual Baseball & Softball directory.

There is a coaches meeting at 6:00 p.m. at Christian Park Community Center for all Coaches. As this is the first meeting of the year we should all attend, If you cannot attend or are not going to coach this year please contact me before Wednesday.
Before the rumor gets too far out of hand. I am looking for a person to take over the Softball Director spot this year. We have realigned the board and as an Umpire for the Softball program and as a Safety Officer I need to find someone who can facilitate the needs of the league objectively.
Here are the duties: (I'll help where I can)
1. Make the schedule for all the games (Minor, Major, Jr & Sr.)
2. Work with the Concession Stand to schedule workers.
3. Sit in on the Drafts.
4. Sit as one of 5 on the disciplinary board.
5. Pass along all goings on with the league to the Softball Coaches...
The draw back.... This person cannot Manage a team (coach, yes but not manage).
Pay - a coke when no one is looking....
This year Managers & Coaches are required to attend the Al & Al clinic on February 26 & 27th. or secure the Parks Certification before the draft or forfeit the team. (Al & Al can only be grandfathered on year)
